ITTF needs to further limit pimples / anti rubbers to protect boosted loopers

If you had not noticed, the double inverted European booster looping model is beginning to collapse all around you. If ITTF is not proactive in protecting the rights of two winged boosted loopers, it may be all over for them when the tactical athletes using long pips take over table tennis
I am not at all saying that ITTF had not done its job trying to protect the rights of boosted two winged loopers. They indeed have . ITTF has passed 11 rule & regulation changes since 1983 (well 1 is a non-change which I will discuss in detail when I explain in the 10th & 11th items in detail. I have already explained the first 9 in another thread.)

So I came up with some suggestions for ITTF on what changes they can make in the near future. This is because unfortunatley ITTF cannot ban all pips and anti & the best they can do is keep anti / pips rubbers under ITTF control & limit them as much as possible.

They are listed below. (Most are self explanatory but the rest I will explain the rationale in detail later) but by all means feel free to add your suggestions.

1. Double inverted players are not required to show their rackets to opponents but each & every pips / anti player MUST show their racket to a double inverted opponent even if the double inverted opponent forgot to ask
2. There will be 100% testing at EVERY level of the sport for treated pips & treated anti & also for other design parameters as described below
3. Repeal Rule 2.4.7 & discontinue all testing for boosters & spin glues
4. Increase rubber thickness for spinny inverted ONLY from current 4.05 mm to 4.50 mm (pips & anti thickness will stay the same however at 4.00 mm)
5. Reduce maximum allowed length of pips length (but for pips out & so called long pips out rubbers only & but not for inverted rubbers) from current 2.00 mm to 1.50 mm
6. Reduce the maximum allowed long pips out Aspect Ratio from current 1.1 down to 0.95
7. Reduce the maximum allowed pip density but for pips (but for pips out & so called long pips out rubbers only & but not for inverted rubbers) from current 30 to say 25 pips per square cm
8. Increase minimum allowed friction levels for both anti & pips
9. Increase minimum allowed pips hardness (means reduce maximum allowed pips flexibility)
10. All pips & anti rubbers can have ONLY exactly the sponge thickness of 1.5 mm. Of course this would ban all no sponge (OX) pips & anti rubbers and all pips & anti rubbers that are either too thick or too thin.
11. All pips & anti players will be required to warmup at least 15 minutes but only using pips / anti side against double inverted players before each match
12. Short pips rubber can only be only be green
13. Only spinny inverted rubbers can be either black or red.
14. All high friction anti rubbers can only be orange
15. All low friction anti rubbers can only be blue
16. All chopping type long pips rubbers can ONLY be pink
17. All blocking type long pips rubbers can only be violet
18. If the receiver can return 6 balls in a rally, the server will lose the point (to maximize 3rd & 5th ball attacks to further minimize spectator interets in the sport)
19. In clubs & training centers inverted players will be required to have climate controlled areas & pips & anti players will not be allowed to enter those areas but double inverted players can enter pips / anti areas at any time they wish.
20. All pips / anti hackers will address double inverted athletes as sir or madam
21. All racket twiddling is summarily banned
22. Three strikes & out rule for pips / anti players. This includes all violations not just treated pips or anti. > First violation 3 month suspension & fine. Second violation 1 year suspension & fine. Third violation> Life time ban & fine
23. All rule & regulation change requests to ITTF can be made ONLY by double inverted players & can be done secretly & directly to ITTF (no need to go thru your national association)
24. Hidden serves rule will no longer be enforced but only for double inverted players .
25. Players can serve using the inverted side ONLY (if inverted is being used)
26. If rubbers are used on both sides, they must be identical in type, color etc unless of course they are both inverted rubbers
27. All males using non-double-inverted rackets must come dressed in pink jumpsuits / tracksuits (which they take off before a match not to conflict with pink rubber)
28. Asymmetric blades are allowed but ONLY if it is a double inverted racket
29. Blade & rubber width & height is limited to 155 mm ( to prevent pips / anti players from creating excessive back spin (reversal) )
30. All pips and anti players will pay their national associations a yearly penalty surcharge fee (to compensate for loss of revenue to manufacturers due to loss of sale of expensive inverted rubbers & boosters) .
31. All pips / anti players can buy rubbers ONLY in groups of 3 rubbers at a time (to compensate for loss of revenue to manufacturers due to loss of sale of expensive inverted rubbers & boosters) .
32. To make t further easier for boosted loopers, all short pips users must wear a green wrist or arm band on free hand; all high friction anti rubbers users will wear an orange wrist or arm band;all low friction anti rubbers users will wear a blue wrist or arm band;all blocking longs pips rubbers users will wear a violet wrist or arm band;all male chopping long pimple rubbers users will wear a pink wrist or arm band and also wear only pink socks

13. All spinny inverted rubbers will be black or red

AW: ITTF needs to further limit pimples / anti rubbers to protect boosted loopers

This is because unfortunately ITTF cannot ban all pimples and anti & the best they can do is keep anti / pimples rubbers under ITTF control & limit them as much as possible.
The question I get asked often now is this > Currently most of the table tennis playing population (probably about 70%) has been brainwashed by the ITTF to use the European lawn tennis model of using double inverted rackets. So if robotic looping boosted material players are the majority, shouldn't they make their puppet ITTF ban all tactical rubbers (pimples & anti) altogether ? Afterall in any civilized democracy , majority should prevail right ?
This is an excellent question. Yes, given that ITTF is in a panic mode with the invasion of Indian children using tactical rubbers (pimples & anti), one can make a strong argument that ITTF should ban all pimples & anti immediately before the tactical rubber disease starts infesting other countries and seeping into adult & masters' events as well.
But thankfully ITTF Is much smarter on behalf of & to protect the rights of boosted material robotic loopers. Because iTTF knows all too well as to what will happen if ITTF bans all tactical rubbers (pimples & anti) . This would leave no choice for the tactical rubber users to wake up to reality but to start their own association .
Why do I say *wake upto reality* ? I say that because thusfar ITTF has done an outstanding job of fooling the tactical rubbers (pimples & anti) players into the delusional thinking that ITTF truly believes in diversity of playing styles and not just 3rd & 5th ball style of boosted material robotic looping. So almost all tactical rubbers have no clue about the 11 rule & regulation changes since 1983 aimed at fully or partially at limiting the capabilities of tactical rubbers to tilt the playing field further & further in favor of robotic looping boosted material players. Tactical rubber users live in a fantasy world where they believe that ITTF is keeping tactical rubbers still approved because ITTF & boosted loopers admire their playing style of chopping , blocking etc. Which is quite hilarious of course because ITTF would love nothing more than ban all tactical rubbers( pimples & anti) into oblivion.
But ITTF can*t . Why ? Because ITTF learned its lesson in 1995 but no one other than the robotic looping boosted material players themselves. ITTF tried to ban all spin gluing in 1995. But the enraged boosted loopers threatened to form their own association. So the ITTF Officials who chose to keep their jobs rather than give the priority of all table tennis players, quickly repealed the spin glue ban within a matter of months. Table tennis had been admitted only in 1988 only less than 10 years before & imagine ITTF losing all their IOC funding & also getting expelled out of Olympics.
This is why ITTF chose to repeal the spin glue ban but also came up with the almost never enforced booster ban of 2008 to fool the IOC into thinking that table tennis is a healthy sport
Anyway in a nutshell this is why ITTF cannot ban all tactical rubbers (pimples & anti) altogether. So ITTF is doing the next best smart thing. Keep all tactical rubber users under full ITTF control but pass one rule or regulation change after another to severely limit the capabilities of tactical rubbers & torture them until they quit but at the same time pretending to love diversity of playing styles.
I hope this explanation helps
